Oven Fried Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pound flounder or fish of your choice
2 Tablespoon non-fat yogurt, plain
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon Morton Lite salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 slices of toasted whole wheat bread, crumbled
Preparation

Wash and drain fish. Combine yogurt, oil, lemon juice and seasoning in a shallow dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on wax paper. Dip fish in yogurt mixture and then press in crumbs. Coat both sides. Place fish on slightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 475 in oven for 10 minutes or until done.
