Ham Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 bags Minute rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. ham, chopped
3/4 c. milk
2 heaping Tbsp. sour cream
Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cook rice as directed.
In separate pot, mix soup, milk, sour cream, thick slice of Velveeta cheese and ham.
When hot, mix with cooked rice.
For added taste, season with soy sauce.
