Potato Flake Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    grease (enough to fry fish)
    2 c. potato flakes
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 lb. fish fillets (flounder, cod or any kind)
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste (if you desire)
Preparation
    Mix eggs and milk together.
    Put potato flakes in a separate bowl.
    Dip fish into egg and milk mixture, then in potato flakes, salt and pepper.
    Put fish in pan and fry until done.
