Green Chili Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 eggs
1/2 c. flour
2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted and cooled
1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. shredded Monterey Jack
1 (7 oz.) can diced green chilies
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; stir in shredded Cheddar cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese and diced green chilies.
Pour into large baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 1 hour until knife comes out clean.
