Salmon Steaks With Dill Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 salmon steaks
1 medium onion, sliced
1 cube chicken bouillon or 1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

In glass baking dish arrange salmon.
Top with onion, bouillon, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, dill weed, 1/2 teaspoon salt and the water.
Cover with Handi-Wrap and microwave on High for 10 minutes.
Melt butter and blend in flour and salt.
Blend in cream and mix until smooth.
Add juice from fish; stir in 2 tablespoons lemon juice and pour over fish.
Microwave 3 minutes until mixture boils or until done (time varies with thickness of steaks).
Garnish with sprigs of parsley.
Serves 4.
