Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans hominy
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. Cheez Whiz (jalapeno or plain)
    1 bell pepper
Preparation
    Cook hominy and bell pepper until tender and most of hominy juice is gone.
    Add Cheez Whiz and cream of mushroom soup.
    Bake 10 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serve hot.
