Broccoli And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    4 c. milk or 1 pt. half and half with remainder milk
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (6 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package and drain. Set aside. Melt margarine and stir in flour. Gradually add milk and soup, stirring over low heat. Add Cheez Whiz and stir until melted. Continue stirring over low heat until soup thickens and bubbles. Salt and pepper to taste.
