Grated Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated raw sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. maple syrup
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except eggs.
    Add eggs and pour into a shallow Pyrex pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Serves 8.
