Prairie Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium baking potatoes
    1 1/2 c. herb stuffing mix, crushed
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. rosemary leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 equal wedges; set aside. In a shallow dish, combine stuffing mix with spices.
    Dip each potato wedge in melted butter, then coat with crumb mixture. Place wedges on greased baking sheet.
    Pour remaining butter around wedges.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender. Serves 8.
