Pork With Browned Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium celery stalks, cut into diagonal slices (about 1 c.)
    2/3 c. uncooked regular rice
    1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. instant bouillon (chicken or beef)
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 medium green pepper, chopped (about 1 c.)
    2 c. cooked pork, cut into 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    Cook and stir celery, rice and onion in oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until rice is golden brown and onion is tender. Stir in water, bouillon, soy sauce and pork.
    Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed (about 20 minutes).
    Stir in green pepper.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes longer.
