Anna Radebaugh'S Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Stir in brown sugar and bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil 5 minutes, without stirring. Remove from heat and slowly pour over corn in two large, shallow roasting pans.
    Mix well.
