Ingredients
    4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    pinch of salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    6 eggs
    juice of 1/2 lemon or 1 Tbsp. bottled concentrate
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese.
    Add sugar, salt and flour.
    Mix well.
    Add 1 egg at a time, beating after each addition.
    Add sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Blend well.
    Pour into ungreased 10-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes on center shelf of oven.
    Turn off oven.
    Open and let stand for 1 hour.
    Cool completely.
