Dark Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. packed brown sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. grated zucchini
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. pumpkin
    pie spice
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs together.
    Add
    oil
    and
    brown
    sugar.
    Beat well. Add vanilla, zucchini
    and\tmolasses.
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add nuts. Bake
    in greased and floured pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 2 loaves or 1 (9 x 13-inch) pan.
