Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. noodles
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    pepper to taste
    3/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles
    until
    tender
    in salted water and drain. Melt butter in
    skillet.
    Add
    meat
    and cook, stirring, until meat has lost
    red color. Drain. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and tomato sauce.
    Simmer
    gently
    for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Combine
    cottage
    cheese,
    sour
    cream,
    onion and noodles. Place half
    of noodle mixture in a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover with meat mixture.\tRepeat layers until all ingredients are used. Top
    with
    cheese.\tBake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
