Bismarks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan in a 420\u00b0 oven.
    Blend eggs and milk in a blender.
    Add flour to mixture in blender.
    Pour mixture into hot pan and return to the oven for 12 minutes.
    Serve hot with apricot jam.
    Dust with powdered sugar and lemon juice.
