Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 onion, chopped fine
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours (or until done).
    One-half hour before done, spread some ketchup on top of meat loaf.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
