Corn And Chicken Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 onion, diced
    4 potatoes, peeled and diced
    2 carrots, diced
    2 celery stalks, diced
    1 c. corn kernels, frozen
    1/4 c. flour
    4 c. chicken stock
    2 c. heavy cream
    2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Saute
    the
    vegetables
    until tender.
    Add the flour and stir
    into
    a paste.
    Add the stock and cream.
    Simmer 20 minutes.\tAdd
    chicken and simmer 5 more minutes.
    Sprinkle with parsley and serve.\tYields 8 servings.
