Peggy'S Lemon Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 (2 oz.) bottle 80% lemon extract
    1 lb. bleached, golden raisins
    1 lb. pecans, not chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, flour, baking powder, extract, raisins, and nuts.
    Line pan, bundt or angel food pan, with waxed paper or shortening/flour.
    Cook for 3 hours at 275\u00b0.
