Cookie Jar Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. molasses
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Beat in egg and molasses.
    Add sifted dry ingredients.
    Form dough into balls and roll in sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
