Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower, cut into flowerets
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers (any butter cracker)
    1 can crushed tomatoes with onion
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1/4 stick melted butter or oleo
Preparation
    Steam cauliflower flowerets (5 minutes). In bowl, add crushed tomatoes and shredded cheese. Put in 9 x 13 dish and add crushed crackers with melted oleo. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
