Peach Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (5 1/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 c. milk
    8 oz. sour cream
    4 medium peaches, sliced
Preparation
    Beat egg white until stiff.
    Add sugar.
    Mix until creamy. Fold in pecans.
    Spread mixture on a slightly greased baking sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Remove from sheet onto waxed paper and allow to cool.
    Mix milk and pudding mix until thick.
    Stir in sour cream.
