Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head romaine lettuce
    1/4 c. olive oil
    5 garlic cloves
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg yolk (yellow part)
    7 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 box croutons
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Clean lettuce and chill.
    Crush up garlic cloves and add all remaining ingredients except croutons.
    When ready to serve, break up the romaine lettuce.
    Pour mixture over lettuce and add croutons and pepper to taste.
