Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. sliced carrots
1 medium onion
1 small green pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook carrots just until tender-crisp.
Drain and cool.
Add onion and green peppers.
Combine and add remaining ingredients. Stir several times while marinating.
Serve cold.
Can be kept in refrigerator several weeks.
