Stuffed Eggs And Beef Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, chopped
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    12 frankfurter rolls
    soft butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine eggs, corned beef, pickle relish, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Lightly brush inside of each roll with butter. Fill with egg filling.
    Replace top. Wrap in foil. Refrigerate. Can be served cold or bake wrapped at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
