Cornmeal Mini Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
    3/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. canned whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease 3 mini muffin pans with butter, margarine or nonstick spray.
    Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt; stir to blend.
    Make a well in the center; set aside.
