Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Mix and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Pinch holes in top and glaze (juice of one lemon and 3/4 cup powdered sugar glaze) while hot.
    Cool before removing from pan.
    Grate lemon peel into batter for stronger lemon taste.
