Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cubed beef, floured
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 can drained mushrooms
    2 to 3 cloves chopped garlic
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Saute beef in butter.
    Add onions, mushrooms and garlic.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Five minutes before serving, add 1 pint of sour cream.
