Ingredients

2 pkg. pizza dough mix
2 c. Alfredo sauce
1 lb. raw shrimp
1 lb. raw scallops
1 zucchini
1 bunch broccoli
1 yellow onion (small)
1 red, yellow and green pepper
7 whole mushrooms
4 to 5 leaves fresh spinach
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 (6 oz.) bag Mozzarella
1 (6 oz.) bag Cheddar
2 Tbsp. Parmesan
1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut all vegetables in small strips. Saute vegetables until blanched (softer but crisp).
Season vegetables with Italian seasoning; salt and pepper.
Add shrimp and scallops.
Saute until shrimp are pink; remove from heat.
Prepare pizza dough as directed on package.
Spread out on pan.
Baste dough with garlic and margarine.
Bake dough for 2 minutes; remove from oven and spread Alfredo sauce over crust.
Place sauteed veggies and seafood over top evenly.
Sprinkle with 3 cheeses and bake for 10 minutes, then cool for 5 minutes.
