Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 well beaten eggs
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 c. fresh blueberries, washed and drained
Preparation
    In bowl, cream shortening and sugar until fluffy.
    Stir in eggs.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
    Add this mixture a little at a time alternately with milk.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in blueberries.
    Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake in oven at 450\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
