Gingerbread Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. Grandma's molasses
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Grease and flour loaf pans.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves.
