Butterscotch Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 stick melted butter
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. Cool Whip
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 small pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
    2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together and press into 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
