Sausage, Peppers And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    2 large green peppers cut into 1/2 inch strips
    1 lb. potatoes peeled and diced (about 3 cups)
    1 package of onion soup mix
    1 1/2 cups water
Preparation
    In 12 inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat and brown sausage.
    Remove sausage and cut in 1 inch chunks and set aside. Reserve drippings.
    Add green peppers to drippings.
    Cook about 2 minutes stirring frequently.
    Add potatoes and onion soup mix. Stir in water.
    Bring to a boil over high heat.
    Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve with hot crusty Italian bread.
    Serves 4.
