Ingredients

2 c. milk
1/3 c. oleo
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 c. coconut
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Combine ingredients in blender and blend 1 minute.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch pie pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes (or until knife inserted comes out clean).
The crust bakes down and the custard up.
