Baked Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter or margarine
6 baking apples
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. currant jam or cranberry jelly
whipped cream
Preparation

Blend flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter in food processor until crumbly.
Core and peel apples.
With a fork, scratch the sides of the apples on all sides and roll in the crumb mixture, packing as much as possible on the sides.
Place the apples in a greased baking dish.
