Guacamole (Avocado) Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large, ripe avocados (real soft)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    few drops of hot pepper sauce
    16 oz. light sour cream
    12 oz. jar medium taco sauce
    8 oz. Monterey Jack Cheddar cheese (or to your taste)
    4 to 6 scallions or green onions, chopped fine
Preparation
    Peel and mash avocados.
    Add lemon juice and a few drops of hot pepper sauce to avocados.
    Layer avocados, sour cream, taco sauce, cheese and scallions (one layer of each).
    Serve with tortilla or Tostitos chips.
