Chicken Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cooked chicken breasts, cubed
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
2 c. whipping cream (unwhipped)
4 eggs
1 pie crust
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Bake pie shell for 8 to 10 minutes; remove from heat.
Brush with egg yolk.
Cool.
Layer with cheese, chicken and egg mixture. Repeat until all is used.
Bake for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Reduce heat to 300\u00b0.
Bake 45 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
