Greek Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced green beans
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    1/3 c. crumbled Feta cheese
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Steam beans until crisp-tender.
    Combine the cabbage and Feta cheese in a bowl.
    Mix the olive oil, vinegar and thyme in a small bowl.
    When beans are done, refresh them in cold water until cooled.
    Add to cabbage mixture and toss with dressing.
    Serves 4.
