Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
    3 level Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Mix until all is moistened. Turn out onto lightly floured surface.
    Knead lightly 5 to 10 times. Put out to a thickness of about 1/2 to 3/4-inch.
    Cut and bake at 425\u00b0 for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Enjoy buttered up or with chocolate gravy.
