Watergate Salad(Great) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. pistachio pudding (diet; dry vanilla pudding)
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in own juice or fruit cocktail
    3/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    2 sweeteners
Preparation
    Mix yogurt and fruit first.
    Put pudding and sweetener.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Refrigerate.
    One serving equals 1 milk and 1 fruit.
