Oven Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
dash of paprika
2 tsp. mustard
4 c. milk
2 c. chopped ham
1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Beat eggs, salt, paprika, mustard and milk together.
Add meat and pour over bread cubes in a greased pan.
Sprinkle cheese over the top.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes, covered.
Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 12 to 15, depending on the size of serving.
