Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. butter
3 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (9-inch) pie shells
Preparation

Beat egg yolks.
Cream butter, sugar and flour.
Add to egg yolks.
Add milk and vanilla.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour in unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
You can use 1 cup pecans and this makes a good pecan pie.
