Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
    1 c. milk
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 eggs
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender; drain.
    Mash and add all ingredients.
    Save a little cheese and sprinkle on top.
