Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. medium mushrooms
    6 Tbsp. butter
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. crumbled Kraft Blue cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
Preparation
    Remove mushroom stems, measure 1/2 cup.
    Cook 1/2 of the stems with 3 tablespoons of butter for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Repeat with remaining stems and butter.
    Combine cream cheese and Blue cheese. Stir in stems and onions.
    Place on baking sheet and bake until golden brown.
