Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. box frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 stick melted margarine
    minced onions
    2 c. shredded cheese
    salt and pepper
    pimento (optional)
Preparation
    Mix, reserving part of the cheese for top.
    Can put buttered bread crumbs or crumbled corn flakes on top.
    Bake until bubbly and brown.
