Texas A.M. Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread
6 eggs
4 c. grated Monterey Jack or Cheddar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 pt. half and half cream
1 lb. bulk sausage
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place bread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
Brown crumbled sausage and drain.
Sprinkle over bread, then layer with cheese.
Combine mustard, cream and eggs; beat well.
Pour over ingredients in dish.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
