Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 clove garlic minced
    1 can tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    2 c. hot water
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 c. dry white wine (optional)
Preparation
    Salt, pepper and flour chicken.
    Brown chicken in oil.
    Saute onion, garlic and mushrooms in skillet with chicken.
