Chinese Style Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. oil
    3/4 c. water
    4 tsp. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. chopped green onions with tops
    1 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Scramble egg in oil in saucepan, stirring to break into small pieces.
    Add water, soy sauce, garlic powder and onions.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
    Fluff with fork before serving.
    Makes 2 cups.
    Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
