Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. fresh blueberries or 3/4 c. frozen, drained well
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bake in cupcake pans and grease bottoms only.
    Beat egg; stir in milk and oil.
    Stir in remaining ingredients all at once, just until the flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy).
    Fill muffins about 3/4 full.
    When baked, remove immediately from pan.
    Makes about 1 dozen.
