Pesto Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. water
1 2/3 c. fresh basil
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. pine nuts or walnuts
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. pasta, cooked
1/4 c. fresh parsley
Preparation

In a blender jar, mix olive oil, water, basil and garlic. Blend on high speed.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Add pepper, salt and pine nuts.
Blend at a lower speed.
Add parsley and cheese. Mix again.
Serve pesto over pasta.
