Cornmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    2/3 c. yellow cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 stick butter
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, meal, sugar and salt in a bowl.
    Add egg.
    Melt butter and add to mixture.
    Add milk and stir only until moistened. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
